I enjoying sourcing the freshest and finest ingredients my money can buy and I’m putting together a list of my favourite suppliers here.
My favourite cuisine is Mediterranean. This small sea encompasses so many different cultures and flavours. I lived in Sardinia when I was a child and although it apparently took me a while to get used to the food I now love it. From Morocco to Lebanon and everywhere in-between – check out the Moro cookbooks for my ultimate feast.
Australia would be my top destination for seafood however my ultimate seafood experience has to have been on Prince Edward Island off the east coast of Canada for Lobster & Mussels.
